Job description
Dolce Amore has 4 openings for Food Service Supervisor in North Vancouver, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Hire food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules.
What you'll need
- Language of work: English
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Attention to detail | Personal suitability: Client focus
