Job description
The Production Supervisor runs the afternoon shift at the Calgary plant: 18 fabricators, welders and finishers.
You own the shift schedule, the daily output board and the handover to days, and you are the first responder on quality escapes.
Reports to the Plant Manager.
What you'll need
Five or more years in a fabrication or machining environment, at least two of them leading a crew.
Degree or diploma in manufacturing, mechanical engineering technology or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of lean and 5S practice.
