Job description
Dairy Queen Duncan has 2 openings for Restaurant Manager in Duncan, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Recruit staff.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Cost products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Manage events.
